I am desperate to find my one true mate.

I am getting older, most werewolves my age have already found their mate and began to start their family. But no matter how hard I search among my fellow shifters, I cannot find the man that is destined to be mine. I am beginning to feel more and more hopeless every day.

Until the day I finally catch the scent of my future mate. But, to my surprise, the man whom I know is destined to be my mate isn't another werewolf at all. He's a human named Daniel. This is completely unprecedented in my society, a werewolf has never mated with a human before. Still, I know he is mine. My primal instincts tell me that he is, and they are never wrong.

And I am going to love and protect him no matter what.

I don't know what I want out of life anymore.

Once again, I'm feeling unsatisfied with my life. My current relationship is a disaster, I'm working a dead-end restaurant job, there's nothing fun in my life anymore. It's boring, it's routine, and it's a life without passion. Until the night that everything changes, the night I meet him...

Alexander is wonderful but he scares me. His entire lifestyle scares me, the fact that he's not human scares me, but what scares me most is that I have to give up life as I know it to be with him. It may be a boring life, but it's still mine, and how do I know it's the right choice? He seems to know I'm the one for him, he believes we're destined to be with eachother[sic].

But how can I be as sure as him?
